Everyone is welcome to attend any class. Of course the guides of "beginner, intermediate, advanced" should be taken as rough guides because it all depends on where you are at in your practice. What is advanced for one, may be intermediate for another, etc.; and what is beginner for one may be challenging for another. Come and do what you can. Find your starting place, and then find your next inch. Remember that 100% effort equals 100% benefit even if you’re not in the full expression of the posture. Instruction is provided to keep your practice safe and effective.
